We appreciate you choosing Erosion Control Services to help get you started and ensure compliance for the duration of your project. Below are a few steps to help us get the project started quickly.

To begin, we need the Letter of Intent or LOI filled out as complete as possible. The LOI should be attached below. It is important to make sure that the owner information, parcel number, & our scope of work is filled out along with the standard project information.

Next, we need to make sure we are building the SWPPP based off the latest set of plans to guarantee we are on the same page as you. If you could send a link to the plans or just email the plans themselves that would be great. We are always open to the possibility of a job walk if you feel it would help.

The state has changed the way they are processing NOI’s . The new NOI system requires that the contractor have an active login in order to complete the signature process on permits. You must now go to the website and create a new account for your company. You will need to register yourself as a SIGNATORY. Make Sure you file for the Electronic signature. After you register as the signatory, you can go in and request access to the permit in order to approve and sign the form. Make sure you choose the Pay later option (as this is part of our services). If you have any questions please let me know.

Below you will find the link for the DEQ registration. Thank you for your help in this matter.

By taking filling the LOI out completely you help expedite the process and get you to work sooner. We look forward to making this an easy process.

ECS must be notified when the job starts to begin inspections. ECS cannot be held liable for missed inspections if the contractor does not coordinate an accurate start date.
