The state has changed the way they are processing NOI’s . The new NOI system requires that the contractor have an active login in order to complete the signature process on permits. You must now go to the website and create a new account for your company. You will need to register yourself as a SIGNATORY. Make Sure you file for the Electronic signature. After you register as the signatory, you can go in and request access to the permit in order to approve and sign the form. Make sure you choose the Pay later option (as this is part of our services).
